With over twenty years of experience in helping others achieve their business goals, Leanne has carved a niche that’s lined with diverse qualifications, achievements, awards and experience. Based in Bathurst, NSW, Leanne is Director of The Numbers Game which, despite its jovial sounding name, is a highly effective consultancy that offers turnkey solutions for clients.
She thrives on problem-solving and encourages and assists clients to derive more from their accounting and other software.
Leanne’s impressive list of credentials reads like an encyclopaedia of qualifications so for the sake of brevity, only the most recent are listed here. For starters, she has been a Certified MYOB Consultant for over five years and a member of a MYOB Partner Advisory Group for the past two. She has 15 years experience teaching small business management, frontline management and MYOB and spent 10 years working with the Business Enterprise Centre (BEC) Network of New South Wales in Lithgow and Bathurst. Leanne has held Board positions with many regional not-for-profits and was Finance Manager for six years for a large Lithgow NFP with a staff of 60 and turnover of more than $5 million per year. Leanne spent four years as President of the Lithgow Chamber of Commerce and Industry and has developed numerous community events, most notably the Lithgow Business Awards.
Leanne has achieved community recognition for her efforts. She has been nominated for Home Based Business awards in Lithgow and received the Business Enterprise Centres of NSW Association Award for Excellence for her contribution to the network through Information Technology in 2000/01. National recognition has come in the form of a nomination for the Telstra Business Women’s Awards 2010 for her service to the bookkeeping industry.
